With a strong academic foundation—holding both a B.Tech and an M.Plan—he brings technical expertise, strategic planning skills, and practical on-site experience to every assignment. His work spans residential, commercial, hospitality and industrial developments, where he is known for his commitment to quality, efficiency, and innovative project solutions. My career has been a journey of growth, innovation, and purpose. With a background in Electronics and Communications engineering and an MBA from IIM Rohtak, I spent nearly a decade in the manufacturing sector, culminating in my role as Chief Operating Officer at SKAPS Industries. During my tenure, I was instrumental in driving operational excellence and strategic initiatives across 8 plants and a workforce of over 1,000. My experience leading diverse functions—from operations and HR to business development—gave me a deep understanding of what it takes to build a successful, sustainable business. My unswerving commitment to embracing new technologies for process enhancement and my ability to be an attentive listener and skillful communicator were pivotal in forging strong partnerships and fostering collaboration. I've now channeled that passion and expertise into the real estate and construction industry, where I am dedicated to building lasting value through strategic projects.
